２０１９年３月 しぼりたて日本酒Tasting＆セミナー＠Markthalle Neun – Shiboritate Sake Tasting at Markthalle Neun
２０１９年３月 ベルリンクロイツベルクにあるマーケットMarkthalle Neunにて、Umami Japan店舗オープン。現地にて、毎週土曜日に和食材の販促活動開始。
２０１９年3月 在べルリン日本大使館で開催された「Japan Night」にて、旅行業界・メディア等から招待された１５０名のヨーロッパ人の前で、プレゼンテーションを実施。日本の食文化の魅力による日本への旅行者数増加の可能性及び、観光業界の活性化について述べた。

２０１９年３月 JETRO・新輸出大国コンソーシアム事業の一貫である、EU向け食品輸出拡大に向けて、現地シェフ・バイヤーを招くプロジェクトで、ミシュラン星付きレストランの二名のシェフを紹介し二名ともが宮崎県に来訪
２０１８年１１月 和牛販売促進の為のドイツ視察へ同行（ベルリン・ハンブルグ・デュッセルドルフ）
２０１８年７月 日本の果物のドイツ輸入促進のために、二人のシェフ（チョコレートショップ及びミシュラン一つ星レストラン）を紹介し、プレゼンを実施、
２０１８年２月 ベルリンにおける有名和食店及びミシュラン一つ星レストランにて、日本の食材を使ったメニューを提供する販促をオーガナイズ
２０１８年２月 日本の野菜のドイツ輸入促進のためにフードフェアーで、セミナー通訳
